Pazham Ppazham pori - kerala snacks

pazham pori
plantains /Yethakka) - 5-8  sliced thin pieces
soda power - a pinch
Salt - 1/4 tsp
sugar -1/2 tsp
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
Rice powder - 1/2 cup
hot  water -  1/2 cups




Mix together maida and rice powder.with salt and sugar. Add water
enough to make a liquid paste, not  too  liqiud  and mix well.
Take pieces of plantain and dip in batter one by one.and eep fry in oil.

Enjoy with  a hot  cup of  tea
