Ingredients:
1. Raw banana 2
2. Coconut ¼ cup
Green chilly 3
Pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
Pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
3. Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 1 stem
Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 1 stem
4. Curd 1 cup
5. Salt As required
Peel the skin of the banana and cut into small pieces.
Boil this in a pressure cooker with salt.
Grind ingredients 2 finely and mix with the boiled banana.
Bring this to boil.
Add curd and bring to boil stirring continuously with a low flame (caution: no high flame).
Sputter the mustard seeds in oil, add curry leaves and pour this to the above
